Proudly Serving Local Farmers Since 1927

At Pine Country Bank, we hold central Minnesota agribusiness in the highest esteem. Farmers and their families don’t just drive our local economy. They created the very community our team exists to serve.

Our team shares over 50 years of combined experience in agricultural lending. We know the ups and downs of farming and understand that flexibility and adaptability are the keys to success in your field and your pasture. To maximize the resources available to farmers, we work closely with the USDA Farm Service Agency, Farm Business Management Program and Minnesota Department of Agriculture Rural Finance Authority, as well as several other programs and businesses involved in the agriculture industry.

Dave Cebulla

Vice President/Chief Lending Officer

I have been employed in the banking industry my whole career, and my specialty is agricultural business lending. I grew up on a dairy farm near Browerville, MN. Through my years on the farm I acquired a good understanding of the agriculture industry. I was formally educated at St. John’s University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management. My positions have evolved over the years, and I am currently the chief credit officer and vice president of Pine Country Bank. I stay close to the lending function as I like seeing agriculture and business succeed.

Tim Twardowski

Senior Agricultural Lender

I was raised on a beef and crop farm northeast of Long Prairie and went on to college at Moorhead State University, where I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I have over 20 years of experience in banking. I joined the Pine Country Bank team in June 2014. Agriculture has always been my love and interest, and I understand its importance both locally and worldwide. I run a beef cow/calf operation which I raise crops for with my family. That allows me to directly relate to the challenges that go hand in hand with farming.

Chad Van Beck

Senior Business Lender

I have 29 years of commercial and agricultural lending experience in local communities. I truly enjoy lending because I get to join hard-working people and be part of the team that helps them become successful.

Andrew Geisenhof

Loan Officer/Credit Manager

While I was growing up, summers meant spending quality time at my grandparents’ hobby farm located just west of Little Falls, MN. I learned that with farming, things very rarely work out as planned. Problem solving and creative thinking often spell the difference between a successful or unsuccessful day. I attended Little Falls Community High School, and then Saint John’s University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics. I most enjoy working with clients to find creative solutions to their financial aspirations.

Mike Mastey

Agriculture/Commercial Loan Officer

I grew up on a diversified crop and livestock farm in Central Minnesota. After earning my degree at the University of Minnesota, I taught high school agriculture in Olivia, MN before moving to Belgrade, where I served as a farm business management instructor for 20 years. I joined Pine Country Bank after a short time in the private agricultural supply sector. Today I enjoy opportunities to get out to farms and businesses and help provide the resources individuals and families need to become successful.
